As a Support Worker in Addiction Services, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals struggling with drug and alcohol misuse. This role requires emotional resilience, patience, and empathy, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to maintain safe working boundaries. Ideal candidates will have experience in addiction recovery or supporting young people and adults with similar backgrounds.

We are offering flexible shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, long days, sleep-ins, and waking nights. Our current Support Workers value the flexibility to work as much or as little as they like, fitting their work around their lifestyle and other commitments.
