Care and Recovery Worker

FPR Group is recruiting skilled professionals for our Post-16's Supported Living and Mental Health Units in West Sussex. Shifts are available including early mornings, late evenings, long days, sleep-ins, and waking nights.
Candidates with experience in addictions recovery units or supporting vulnerable young people and adults will be well-suited to this role. The ideal applicant will demonstrate emotional resilience, patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and a clear understanding of safe working boundaries.
This position requires working with individuals who have faced traumatic experiences, exhibiting challenging and unpredictable behaviors. We value applicants with a supportive and non-judgmental approach.
- Estimated salary range: £26,500 - £37,000 per annum
- A competitive hourly rate is also offered
- Paid weekly via BACS
- Holiday pay is accrued separately
- An enhanced DBS check is included
- Mandatory training and certifications are provided
