Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Office Administrator. As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls and managing correspondence
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Client onboarding, including setting up physical and electronic files, undertaking money laundering and KYC checks
- Dealing with off-site storage providers
- Meet and greet clients and provide refreshments if required
- Provide tea/coffee to directors

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or accounting clerical role is preferred
- Proficient in typing, data entry, numeracy and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office equipment and computerized systems
