**Responsibilities**:

- **Office Administration**:

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks as required.
- Maintain inventory records of all stock.
- Document details of all orders and shipments.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to both wholesale and retail customers.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- **Warehouse Duties**:

- Assist in warehouse operations including picking and packing products.
- Prepare parcels for shipment ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:

- Support with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist in maintaining an organised workspace.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in office administration and/or warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours with the potential for additional hours as needed.
