About the Role
We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a Reservations Coordinator to join our busy reservations team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide future guests with an exceptional level of customer care by taking ownership of their accommodation, dining, spa and golf bookings, whilst heightening their excitement about their impending visit.
You will contribute to the growth and profitability of the Resort with efficient handling of all enquiries and promotion of all resort services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering all telephone calls to the Reservations Team in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintaining current knowledge of the resort and surrounding area to provide the best advice for all enquiries
- Providing customers with accurate rate information
- Handling daily reports which include cancellation, arrival, traces, and non-arrival reports
- Accurate data entry into our Resort Suite and Reservations booking systems
- Handling deposits for all bookings including reservations, golf bookings at the Duke’s Course, spa, and dining
About you
Salary
This is a permanent contract working 40 hours per week with a competitive salary of £23,753.60 plus a range of employee benefits. You must be able to work our shift patterns which are 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m., 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. or 10.30 a.m. to 7 p.m. either on our resort or remotely, as hybrid working is offered.
This role also includes an element of weekend working.
