- Experience within an administration-based role
- Excellent IT Skills
- Ability to develop good working relationships
- Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.

**_Job Description:_**
- Update and maintain the client's CRM system with all updates and changes.
- Monitor day to day logistic operations from collection, through to delivery for allocated transport.
- Process Purchase invoices and invoice queries
- Arrange and send out weekly statements, sales invoices and proforma's.
- Processing of sales credits and re invoicing.
- Assist with Transport Planning
