**Sales Account Manager, London, £40,000 - £50,000 + OTE**

Our client is a niche, market leader within electronics. The business supports and supplies their customers with established relationships that are in-place to be developed, and to grow.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Work to individual and team daily, weekly and monthly targets and KPls.
- Take ownership of a growing sales team, providing direction, motivation and communication to the sales team to ensure the attainment of business goals.
- Present at monthly board meetings with feedback and prospects - including UK sales figures, team KPI progression and projected pipelines.
- Come up with commercially ambitious yet sound sales targets and budgets for Business Development Managers, account bases and the UK Sales overall.

**What we need from you**:

- Proven track record of strong account management & overachieving set KPIs.
- Prior experience managing sales people.
- Excellent customer service and internal team communication.
- Experience presenting monthly board meetings to senior stakeholders
