**Location**:Fully remote - Will need to be in the office 2/3 days to get setup
**Start Date**:As soon as possible
**Pay Rate**:£18 per hour
**Shift Pattern**: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm - Flexible working hours if needed
**Contract**: Temporary contract 6 months
**About this opportunity**
**What you’ll be doing**
The role will appeal to a highly motivated and career minded individual keen to develop their Executive support skills, and knowledge of how Executive insights are used to select and develop Executives in business-critical roles.
- Providing a best-in-class and bespoke customer experience to Executives going through an Executive Insights Process
- Ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs. E.g., time from request to completion of Insights process, communication of recommendations to key stakeholders, etc
- Taking accountability for all allocated customer queries to ensure a swift resolution
- Ensuring smooth interfaces with the Prescient Executive Team, our internal stakeholders, and external suppliers by sharing information clearly, accurately, and in a timely way
- Managing highly confidential and sensitive information in line with Group’s Regulatory, Data and Risk Management frameworks, maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times
**What you’ll Need**
- Experience of delivering best-in-class customer service in a dynamic environment
- Warm interpersonal style that makes a strong positive ‘front of house’ impact
- Excellent written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills to manage Executive stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deal efficiently with multiple tasks
- Ability to quickly understand day-to-day customer and operational issues and problem solve to resolve these, including sound judgements on when to request input from the team
- Exceptional organisational skills, diary management, with the ability to prioritise your workload and work unsupervised
- Be an effective and collaborative team member, taking a flexible approach to adapt to changing priorities as needed
- Driven to achieve individual and collective goals, to contribute to continuous improvement of the service, and to use on-the-job opportunities to develop personal capabilities
- Adept at using Microsoft 365 packages - particularly MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
- History of recruitment background / Financial services / HR project experience
