- Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) is a strategic priority for UBS. - We are looking for a highly motivated person who will:
- support global and regional DE&I initiatives from concept to implementation
- proactively engage with key stakeholders globally to ensure alignment (HR specialists, HR Business Partners, Country Heads of HR, Business Management, Employee Network Leads, internal/external communications)
- engage in ongoing review of metrics and improvement areas
- provide business management support, covering a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including process refinements, updating presentations, vendor management, budget coordination and managing a portfolio of recurring and ad-hoc tasks

**Your team**
- You'll be working as an integral part of the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team and be based in London, supporting group initiatives and cross-divisional priorities. We’re responsible for strategic projects, leading organizational change and crafting local, regional and global policy and practice to move our inclusion strategy forward.

- a proven track record of execution of projects delivering impactful results
- ideally 2-3 years’ experience as a key contributor delivering DE&I programs
- complete comfort with MS Office, particularly Power Point
- passionate about DE&I
- a great communicator, who is comfortable presenting in a range of forums
- an expert at fostering relationships, networks and connections
- collaborative and enjoy working across teams and locations
- known for hitting deadlines and executing flawlessly
