BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR (LINCOLN)

Turnbull & Company is a family run business and Lincolnshire’s largest independent Builders’ Merchant. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Branch Administrator **based at our Plumbing & Heating branch in Lincoln.

We are looking for someone outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident to work as part of a team and under their own initiative. **Your key responsibilities will include;**
- Provide administrative support to the branch manager, operations team and sales staff.
- Answer internal and external telephone calls and assist customers or redirect as necessary.
- Ensure bank reconciliations are carried out each day.
- Ensure tills are cashed up daily and any discrepancies immediately investigated.
- Ensure that petty cash is securely held.
- Deal with customer account enquiries as required.
- Book in goods and ensure that stock records are accurate.

- A positive and calm manner with a desire to provide first class customer service.
- The ability to form positive relationships with colleagues.
- Excellent written English and verbal communication skills.

We are looking for someone to work every day (Monday to Friday) within our core hours of 7:30am to 5:00pm and welcome both full time and part time applicants (a minimum of 20 hours of week).
