Our client are an established and successful supplier of windows and doors to trade with locations across the UK. Due to continued sales growth at their Linoln trade branch they are looking to appoint an additional Trade Branch Assistant to join the team
**The role**:
- Reporting to the Branch Manager and part of a team of 5 you will build relationships and support trade customers
- Make outbound calls to follow up quotes given by calling customers, and also to contact potential new customers to introduce the company and it's services
- Process window & door quotations and orders using Evolution (a window designer programme - training provided) and take payments
- Administration, arranging deliveries / collections and updating customers
**Skills & Experience**:
- A Customer service approach and the confidence to make outbound calls to customers and potential customers is essential
- Experience and knowledge of window and door products is an advantage, but is not essential
- Great people and communication skills is key - the ability to develop rapport and great relationships with customers
- Proactive team approach
- IT confident and willing to learn new products and systems
**The Package**:
- £24k basic DOE
- PLUS a Monthly branch bonus scheme - pays up to £750 a month depending on branch sales performance to target
- 5 weeks holiday plus statutory (33 days in total)
- 08.00-17.00 Monday to Thursday / 08.00-16.00 Friday - no saturday working
Pay: £24,000.00 per year
