**Key Accountabilities**
We’re looking for a Directors Secretary to join our Team supporting our Finance Clothing & Home leadership team. You’ll be providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support and building an understanding of the finance activities in order to assist the Leadership Team members and their teams.

**What you’ll do**
Your key accountabilities will include_:_
- Manage complex diaries for both internal and external meetings/appointments/events
- Provide administrative support including diary management, POs and expense claims
- Manage issues that surface, as appropriate, before they reach the Leadership Team members
- Support Clothing & Home Finance Leadership Team meetings and away days - as well as wider department meetings, including drafting agendas, collating and distributing papers/presentations and following up on any actions to ensure completed within the agreed timeframes
- Effective delivery of tasks on time, demonstrating a clear understanding of the priorities and needs of each Leadership Team member and their wider departments
**Who you are**
Your skills and experience will include
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with all levels both inside and outside the company
- Ability to act at pace and with resilience when under pressure
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle competing priorities, time-sensitive projects and potential conflicts, demonstrating sound judgement
- Foreside to identify and address potential issues at the earliest stage of their development
