Do you have excellent Microsoft PC skills? Can you be available to start on an immediate basis? Have you got great attention to detail and organisational skills?

My client based in Thame, is currently looking for a Key Accounts Administrator to join their small and very friendly team. This role will be based within their offices, providing full administration support to their largest key accounts. For this role you must posses an excellent telephone manner, be confident in dealing and liaise with clients both digitally and face to face, be proficient in MS packages including Excel, and be highly organised and meticulous within your approach to work.

Duties include:

- Updating and uploading data and records onto in house system
- Booking appointments
- Liaising between clients and contractors
- Dealing customer queries
- Maintaining reports
- Uploading and chasing quotations

This role is on a short term basis, with a view to become permanent.
