**Part Time Administrator - Hybrid Working / Bristol, BS1**

**Hours**: 22.5 Hours per week - working Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

This role is a hybrid role working 2 days per week in the office and 1 day remotely

**Salary**: Circa £25,000pa

**Contract Details**: Permanent position, part-time hours

**Responsibilities**:

- Update systems and maintain accurate records
- Produce correspondence and reports as required
- Generate invoices and assist with financial administration tasks
- Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and organise meeting rooms
- Provide general administrative support to the team

**Skills required**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
