**Your Daily Responsibilities**:
1. Negotiating Property Sales: - Represent vendors and skillfully negotiate property sales. - Facilitate a seamless process from offer acceptance to completion.

2. Conducting Property Viewings: - Showcase properties to potential buyers, emphasising unique features. - Provide informative and engaging viewings.

3. Sales Process Management: - Oversee the entire sales journey, ensuring a positive experience for all parties. - Handle necessary paperwork and documentation in compliance with property sales and lettings regulations.

4. Client Communication and Prospecting: - Interact professionally with prospective clients. - Cultivate strong relationships to drive business growth.
