**About the Role**
As a Patient Experience Administrator you will, Act as the point of contact for enquiries relating to patient pathways Support the patient experience and engagement initiatives Maintain engagement databases Meet with patients to collate feedback, using thisdata to improve access to health Work as part of a team to develop action plans and improve signposting to available services Support the Patient Engagement Lead and assist in the preparation of the overall project plans and associated work streams SupportPatient Engagement Lead to provide practical training to staff involved in specific projects.
Undertake Administration tasks to support the service in performance delivery You will; Provide support to the team to ensure outstanding patient experience. You will work closely and build strong relationships with patients, healthcare and prison colleaguesto ensure the patient is at the centre of service delivery.
Deliver support to assist the team in managing compliments and complaints, to ensure patients’ needs are met. This will include chasing appointments and providing written responses to patients where appropriate. Inspire excellence by forging strong links withour partners and stakeholders and providing a service that people can trust, feel safe within, and feel proud of.
Promote best practice and equality and diversity principles by respecting the privacy, dignity, needs and beliefs of patients, carers and colleagues and by behaving in a manner which is welcoming to and of the individual, is non-judgmental and respects theircircumstances, feelings priorities and rights. Share knowledge, skills and expertise to ensure safe care, working within multi-disciplinary teams and supporting each other to do a great job
**About you**
Experience of working in an administrative role Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team Intermediate IT skills Excellent communication skills Problem solving skills Able to prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner Working within a high secureenvironment can be challenging yet rewarding, interesting and stimulating.
This role requires someone who is open to challenge, has the ability to manage workload working in a collaborative way with other colleagues to gain the best outcomes for the patients.
