Shepton Mallet, United Kingdom Practice Plus Group Full time

**About The Role**:
Are you an experienced Administrator with a customer focused approach? Then we could have just the role for you. We are looking for a Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our team.

Our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings. Practice Plus Group Hospital, Shepton Mallet has been rated Outstanding by the CQC*, putting it at the very top of the regulator’s quality ratings.

You will be a vital member of the team, delivering an efficient administrative service for NHS, private and inter-provider patient transfers from third party providers; supported by our experienced Administration Manager, Rachel. This will include ensuring documentation is kept up to date and liaising with other providers and the wider team at the hospital. You will also take responsibility for booking pre-assessment appointments.

**What you'll be doing**: You will have recent and relevant experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work under pressure. Just as important though is your flexibility, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative, follow instructions and prioritise a busy workload.
**What we’ll look for in you**:
Everything we do is focused on providing a high standard of safe and effective patient care. When you’re part of the Practice Plus Group team, you don’t just have a job. You have a career. We work with you to help you grow in your role and take your career in the direction you want to go. If you want to move up the ladder, we’ll support you. If you just want to stay in your role, that’s fine too. We’ll help you be the best you can be.

We want our team members to feel motivated and rewarded. So we offer a competitive package of pay and benefits. We also recognise the value of a healthy work-life balance - so we always try to be flexible, helping you fit your working life around your home life.
- Rated 'Outstanding' when the hospital was known as Shepton Mallet Health Partnership run by Care UK (Shepton Mallet) Limited. We're the same people providing the same services, just with a new name.
