**We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety and Environment Officer to join our team**:
As a Health, Safety and Environment Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our operations and activities are carried out in a safe and healthy manner. You will be working with management, employees and external parties to establish and maintain safe work practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive HS&E program that meets all legal requirements and best practices.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard identification to identify potential hazards and recommend measures to mitigate them.
- Provide advice and guidance to all employees on HS&E matters, including training and induction programs.
- Investigate and report all accidents, incidents, and near-misses and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Work collaboratively with management to ensure that all HS&E policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external parties such as regulatory authorities, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Regularly conduct workplace inspections

**Key Experience Required**:

- Ideally you will hold the IOSH Managing Safely qualification
- You will have excellent communication and organisation skills
- You will have good, up to date IT skills (MS Office)
- Self motivated and driven to achieve results
