We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in South Bedfordshire, working primarily in the Community Occupational Therapy Team.

In this Band 5 role, you will manage a full clinical caseload, focusing on supporting individuals to live independently and safely. As part of a dynamic team, you will support student placements and apprenticeships, receiving and providing monthly supervision and completing a preceptorship course.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates awaiting their Honours degree and HCPC registration to apply.

Main Job Duties
  1. Hold a full clinical caseload, prioritizing client needs and goals.
  2. Support clients to regain independence within their own residences, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  3. Educate and empower service users about their holistic health and well-being, promoting quality of life and preventing relapse.
  4. Collaborate with junior staff through supervision, fostering professional growth and development.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • Preceptorship completion or willingness to complete.
  • RCOT Membership.

  • Achieve a range of clinical experience at student or junior levels.
  • Organize and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
  • Community Setting Experience.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,919 - £34,728 per annum, depending on experience.
