About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join our Community Occupational Therapy service. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of therapists and support workers, developing and implementing high-quality services, and ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious occupational therapist to take on a leadership role and make a real difference to people's lives. The ideal candidate will have significant postgraduate experience, including community experience, and will be confident in their ability to lead and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of therapists and support workers in providing high-quality services to patients.
  • To develop and implement high-quality services that meet the needs of patients.
  • To oversee the clinical decision-making and performance of the team.
  • To line manage and supervise qualified members of staff.
