Job Title:

Responsibilities:
This position involves working closely with our therapy team, which includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, assistant practitioners, and rehabilitation support workers. You will also be part of a wider multidisciplinary workforce across Bedfordshire. As a clinical lead, you will take pride in your work, be highly motivated, and dynamic, with a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to change. Additionally, you will be a collaborative worker, able to network and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must hold a degree or diploma in occupational therapy and be registered with the HCPC. You should also have leadership experience and team management skills. Due to the nature of the post, you must be able to travel across the county of Bedfordshire. The salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
