Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join our team in Mid Bedfordshire. Your expertise and leadership abilities will enable you to support and develop individuals and teams, driving the overall success of our Trust.

Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will work closely with all members of the therapy team, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, assistant practitioners, and rehabilitation support workers. You will be required to take pride in your work, be highly motivated and dynamic, with a flexible approach to change. Additionally, you will be a collaborative worker, able to network and build relationships with various stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you must have leadership experience and team management skills, as well as a degree or diploma in occupational therapy and registration with the HCPC. Due to the nature of the post, you must be able to meet the travel requirements to travel across the county of Bedfordshire. The estimated salary for this position is between £48,683 - £64,409 (approximately $60,000 - $80,000 USD).
