As Inclusion, Wellbeing & Community Partner you will report into tombola’s fabulous Internal Comms Lead.

Working with the Internal Communications and Engagement Lead you will create, deliver, and implement an inclusion, wellbeing, and community strategy for the tombola group. You will champion and drive the strategy, embedding what they have, whilst exploring new initiatives and programmes that empower their people and leaders to keep the conversation alive on I,W&C.
You will plan and deliver a calendar of I,W&C campaigns, and initiatives, tailoring the strategy to different challenges and opportunities whilst building relationships and being a key support/ advisor on wellbeing to all stakeholders including the Wellbeing Advocates group, People team and HRBPs, senior leaders and SMT. By using data to inform decisions by creating metrics and clear outcomes that help measure progress, you will be able to present information and trends to a range of audiences on I,W&C, feedback, and engagement.
This role will give you the opportunity to work on and influence all Inclusion, Community and Wellbeing work collaborating with Group Inclusion, Community and Wellbeing Teams.
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate a passion for mental health and wellbeing through previous work experience alongside a great understanding of Wellbeing in the workplace. With an ability to approach Inclusion and community for business growth you will be confident in working with people across all levels of the business.
This role attracts a really generous salary along with tombola’s amazing benefits which include a quarterly bonus, free food and snacks from the minute you arrive on site till the minute you leave, 25 days annual leave, free car parking, life assurance, onsite gym and much more. The role is hybrid with a requirement to be at tombola’s ‘state of the art’ offices in Sunderland 2 to 3 days per week.
