**Finance Business Partner Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of month end reporting and supporting commentary
- Customer & Job profitability analysis
- Contribute to the development of Finance KPI’s
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Fixed Asset Additions & Disposals & auditing
- Review and maintain cost rates and overhead rates for accurate job costing
- Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Key contact for the yearly external audit
- Work closely with the Site Director to help identify any potential opportunities and risks
- Provide leadership to the finance function ensuring that the team is motivated
- Ensuring strong cross functional relationships across the whole business
- Continuing commitment to continuous improvements within the department

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) preferred
- Experience of working with stakeholders of differing levels of seniority and non-financial stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills is essential
- Excellent analytical skills
- Confident, self-motivated with an understanding of deadlines and the need to achieve them
- Proactive in identifying areas of improvement and working on own initiative
- Good commercial awareness
- Ability to challenge and not accept the status quo
