About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Housing and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team in Northeast. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing housing support and accommodation services to individuals who require our help.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating housing support services to meet the needs of our service users.
  2. Developing and implementing personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each service user.
  3. Working closely with other professionals, including Community Probation Practitioners and court staff, to ensure effective support is provided.
  4. Assisting service users with accessing housing benefits and managing their finances.
  5. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and reporting any necessary repairs in our homes.

Requirements:

  1. Strong understanding of housing support services and how they can benefit vulnerable individuals.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Proven experience of working with vulnerable adults or young people.

What We Offer:

  1. Salary: £25,600 - £27,400 per annum, depending on experience.
  2. 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
  3. Free eye test and £50 contribution towards glasses.
