Our new client is looking for a **Customer Support Executive**, ideally someone looking to launch a career in the software/technology world.
**Job title: Customer Support Executive**
**Salary: £30,000**
**Location: London, SW1**
**Hours: Full time - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm**

**Essential skills needed**:
- Natural ability to build strong relationships instantly
- Good basic maths skills (advanced maths and finance skills/experience preferred)
- Analytical mindset
- High degree of attention to detail
- Natural trouble-shooter & solutions lead
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Self-motivated to excel
- Good organisional skills
- Confident to host meeting with clients
- Curious to learn
**Day to day (included but not limited to)**:
- Providing support with use of cloud software platform
- Managing and processing support tickets raised
- Ensuring regular, clear communication
- Investigating reported issues promptly and accurately
- Encouraging continuous improvement through positive contribution
- Helping to maintain and improve shared documentation
- Supporting product development by assisting with software testing
