**Job Purpose**: Our client is looking for an **Administrator Events & Training Co-Ordinator** who is passionate about providing reliable and efficient administrative support. This role will be varied and will support key commercialevents and training activities focusing initially on the administration of public workshops and in-house training and event delegate queries.

**Duties**:

- Manage the administration and co-ordination of a calendar of activities (circa 150 digital and otherwise) running all year round.
- Be a point of contact internally and externally and the face of the organisation for delegates arriving on-site, or attending virtual workshops, ensuring their needs are met during their time with us on-site.
- You will be a key contact for our training programmes ensuring the link between partner organisations and members, holding responsibility for co-ordination activity across multiple parties.
- Working closely with Marketing to manage waiting lists, update our website and liaising with delegates, all whilst delivering an excellent member experience.
- Manage commercial administration in conjunction with Finance to ensure all invoicing is accurate, timely and reportable.
- Ensure all record keeping pre and post activity evaluation is accurate and documented.
- A degree or equivalent good standard of education.
- Experience within a fast-paced L&D / Event & Training environment
- Experience of Salesforce is preferable but not essential
