Our client, a leading London University, is looking for a temporary Admin Co-ordinator to help with the day to day operational management of the Centres and Institutes and will involve Finance, HR and Event management.

In this role you will carry out a wide range of administrative duties, including liaising with the events team on room bookings, catering requests and AV support, supporting the planning, organisation and delivery of events (which may involve some evening work). You will be responsible for booking travel and accommodation for visiting speakers, process booking & finance requests & organise payments for staff and students.

In order to be considered for this post you will have worked in a similar role within a busy and demanding office. You will need to have excellent organisational and communication skills and be capable of managing and prioritising a varied workload, working well under pressure and demonstrating a flexible attitude to work.

This role is to start as soon as possible, you will therefore need to be available immediately or at short notice in order to be considered.
