Office Administration Assistant

The Lendlock Group are a product packaging company. Our site in Burnley is expanding and we are looking for an administration assistant to work closely with our Health and Safety team and Quality team to assist in the implementation of training documents and the ongoing monitoring of digital records.
The role will consist of the following:
- Working closely with departmental Managers to understand training requirements
- Working closely with Health and Safety Team and the Quality Manager to understand Company requirements for Audit purposes
- Updating spreadsheets and storing training certificates for individual members of staff
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports to the HR Manager and Directors in regard to Training and Development records
- Maintain the filing system held by the HR Manager
- Working alongside the HR Team to ensure all training documents are regularly updated
