**Your new company**
Now seeking a general office Administrator, due to development, the business is now expanding and looking to hire on a full-time permanent basis to join their business, this is a great opportunity to develop, gain new skills. Office is based in Burnley, Lancashire.
**Your new role**
Therefore, your responsibilities will include great communication, ensure all processes run at full capacity to meet deadlines and flow correct processes and policies to ensure high operational standards and provide regular feedback.
The working days are Monday to Friday, flexible working hours 9am - 5pm.
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful in securing this position, you will need to be immediately available and have basic administration skills, an excellent telephone manner and a desire to help others.
All data received must be calculated correctly and uploaded onto excel, therefore, attention to detail is vital, along with a strong understanding and professional outlook with a good track record of working independently, tactfully and overcoming objections,along with a basic knowledge of IT systems.
A pass level in both Maths and English GCSE.

In return, you will be paid a salary £22,000+ and will be joining a successful growing business during an exciting period.
