**Production Coordinator**

**Salary**:£32,000 - £35,000

**Role location**:19 Mossop Street, London, SW3 2LY

**Flexible working**:Our flexible working policy enables office teams in roles that can work remotely, to work one day a week from home, Tuesday to Friday.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**YOUR ROLE**
- Organise with mills and factories deliveries of raw materials, supplies and receipts of finished products.
- Support third parties with buying, sourcing like-minded partners, monitoring and managing external inventory
- Support and organise QCs
- Be responsible for any stock update on the seasonal Delivery Schedule and its communication to the logistic team/Distribution
- Fully manage shipments from factories with costs in mind to ensure suppliers comply with new regulations.
- Support the merchandising function by preparing sales reports to inform the buyer.
- Be the main point of contact with Distribution for Range Production
- Manage replenishment of Continuity styles.
- Make sure every new supplier will comply with our Code of Conduct and set up in our system.
- Liaise with our account team to coordinate payments making sure deadlines are adhered to for Production
- Weekly and Ad Hoc Sales and Stock reports.

**SKILLS YOU WILL BRING**
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing
- Highly analytical and proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills, and able to work to deadlines.
- You must have strong attention to detail, with a logical and mathematical approach to problem-solving.
- Proactive and able to build relationships easily; team-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of working with UK and European manufacturers would be an advantage.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines, managing a demanding and varied workload.
- An interest in identifying risk and providing solutions
