Head of Demand Generation

**The Role**
Speechmatics is looking for a data-driven B2B demand leader to drive new logo acquisition. Reporting directly to our VP Marketing, you will grow a team of Demand Generation experts to increase customer engagement for Speechmatics. As a senior member of the Marketing team, you'll play a leading role in developing integrated campaign architecture and feeding into marketing team culture.
In this role, you'll own and develop our overall demand generation marketing strategy, ensuring a best in class growth framework. Taking full responsibility for the acquisition, retention and reactivation of customers by devising, implementing and managing a range of campaign-led acquisition strategies.
Speechmatics has a B2B OEM relationship with customers with a very technical sales cycle. You'll help to humanise this through the strength of the campaigns you create.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering efficient pipeline growth through performance channels
- Devise best-in-class paid marketing campaigns across Linkedin, Google, Facebook, Youtube and other channels depending on GTM motion
- Design and execute impactful annual and quarterly demand plans and forecasts that influence revenue metrics across the funnel and align with overall business targets
- Create suitable campaigns depending on GTM motion e.g. ABM for key accounts/enterprise
- Lead, nurture and expand an ambitious growth team
- Identify creative ideas for growth, to reach target audiences and accelerate adoption globally
- Partner with the wider organisation to research and uncover key market insights and data to better segment, target, and reach potential customers
- Work closely with Revenue Ops, Sales, Product and wider Marketing team to develop and optimise campaigns and activities
- Track and report on all activities, using data to continually optimise campaign performance
- Manage day-to-day operations and troubleshooting
- Manage the global demand marketing budget and ROI of marketing channels so marketing contribution scales efficiently
- Oversee cost per acquisition
- Manage external agency delivery
**Who we are looking for**:
- Prior experience in a SaaS B2B business, with both enterprise & SME experience preferable
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing across SEO, PPC, eCRM and Social
- Goal oriented team player - you thrive on hitting and exceeding targets
- Experience designing and executing successful ABM campaigns is a must, some experience of PLG is desirable
- Data driven with a focus on measurement and optimisation, and ability to demonstrate how your function contributes to pipeline and revenue
- Knows the best martech stack for scale and that aligns with business strategy. Works with Rev Ops to set up and deliver results
- Highly collaborative, and can align with a range of stakeholders across the wider business
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
