As part of the South Coast Region within the Lomond Group, they work in partnership with their sister company, Brand Vaughan, based in Brighton & Hove.

**Salary - **£14,000 to £16,000
**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday 9:30am - 2:30pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiating Tenancy renewals and increase in rent, drawing up relevant tenancy / notices
- Dealing with all aspects of tenancy renewals on all properties
- Liaising with Landlord and Tenants to negotiate new terms of contracts
- Sending out agreements and documentation via Adobe sign
- Updating tenancy deposit scheme details
- Dealing with any change of sharers which occur by dealing with references for new tenants and sending out new tenancy agreements
- Administering upcoming Inventory and Inspection appointments on system in readiness for the appointments
- Adding properties, tenants’ details and uploading documents to the checkout system
- Forwarding on Block Management correspondence to Tenants
- Responsible for answering the phone, greeting callers, establishing reason for calling, and resolving queries
- Organising keys in readiness for appointments
- Scanning, reviewing, and organising documents
- Ad hoc Data Entry & Administrative projects
- Assisting with Planned Works (calls to Landlord & liaising with contractors)

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in administration roles is preferable.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Positive and proactive attitude, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate and comfortable using a suite of software used to carry out and manage daily responsibilities
- Great attention to detail

- Good timekeeping
- Excellent telephone manner
