**Part-Time Property Administrator**
£25,750 per annum (£12,750 pro rata) - 12 month fixed-term contract
**18.5 hours per week**
Are you a highly motivated administrator with a can-do attitude, looking for a new and varied role? Are you highly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload using your own initiative? If this sounds like you, we have an exciting opportunity available in our Property, Asset and Development Teams. You will provide high quality and efficient administration, acting as first point of contact for internal colleagues and external customers; contractors and key stakeholders.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:
- Producing bulk text messages providing updates on planned; compliance and defect works to residents.
- Filing information produced from planned, compliance and Development projects.
- Raising all works orders for the teams and scheduling all works through our internal database system.
- Ensuring the collection and easy retrieval of all relevant information relating to works orders, to enable the accurate calculation of the cost of work carried out.
- Collecting information on work carried out at individual sites, updating information on to Excel spreadsheets/databases to enable accurate calculation of service recharges.
**About You**:
- You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable dealing with a variety of people
- You will have demonstrable experience of planning and prioritising workloads to meet deadlines and support the wider team
- You will have strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- You will be able to demonstrate strong numeracy and literacy skills with keen attention to detail
- You will have office administration experience with a high level of understanding of IT, especially Microsoft 365
