**Mortgage Administrator (Part-time)**
£9,000 to £10,125 per annum, dependent on experience (15 hours per week)
£24,000 to £27,000 (full time equivalent)

Mortgage Studio is looking for a top-notch client-focussed administrator to support mortgage brokers in daily activities, and to help deliver an outstanding client experience.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have outstanding customer service skills, excel in both written and verbal communication, and build strong working relationships with stakeholders, including the Mortgage Advisors, their clients, lenders, and solicitors. Additionally, you'll need an exceptional level of attention to detail, the ability to work well under pressure and use your own initiative, adapting quickly to changing priorities and new challenges.
Training and development opportunities are available, and this role may have the opportunity to increase hours and responsibilities as the business grows including financial support with obtaining qualifications for administrators interested in becoming an advisor.
We are looking for someone who has good IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and experience managing/prioritising own caseloads is also a must. Experience working in a regulated environment would be an advantage.
