The team continues to grow as part of the successful People and Organisation Development team, and is responsible for:
Training and development.

Appraisals.

Talent management and succession planning.

Management of staff surveys and corresponding action plans.

Organising colleague engagement such as welcome events and conferences.

Workforce reporting.

The team also undertakes a variety of different projects and works with external as well as internal customers.

The Administration Assistant has a key role in supporting the team to run effectively, ensuring processes are managed and that training records are well maintained.
