Temporary Purchase Ledger Administrator

An established food manufacturing business, based on the outskirts of Scarborough, is currently recruiting for a Temporary Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their team for a minimum of 3 months.
This is an immediate start with a salary of £13 per hour, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities of the Temporary Purchase Ledger Administrator will include:
- Coding and checking invoices
- Load all delivery notes and match to invoices and payments
- Tracks orders and investigates problems
- Checking and reconciling supplier statements
- Any other relevant tasks as requested by the wider finance team
We would be keen to speak to individuals with experience as a Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts administrator or Finance Assistant. Similarly, we would like to speak to people who have experience with stock and inventory experience within the manufacturing industry.
This Temporary Purchase Ledger administrator role is easily commutable from Filey, Bridlington, Malton, Pickering, Whitby, Hunmanby and Driffield.
