Customer Success Executive

We are a fast paced Software company and we are looking for a fab Customer Success Executive to join us busy team.
This is work from home role so you need to be able to work at home during office hours - we will supply a laptop to enable this, but you will need a quiet place to work.
As the Customer Success Executive, you will work with the Customer Success Team Leader and help manage the overall relationship with our customer base. This will include assisting them with training and increasing product adoption as well as ensuring retention and contributing to overall satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Logging activity and monitoring next steps via Salesforce
- Work with customers to successfully complete pre-qualification questions so that they can become compliant
- Providing product training to our customers when they need help in using the technology.
- Running regular product demos and training sessions to help customers make the most of the platform.
- Helping with 1st level questions and support for our technology
- Working within the KPIs set and self-manage personal performance against business and personal targets
**What you'll need....**
- Exceptional communication skills - you must be able to write and speak clearly and be able to explain complex processes to customers in a straightforward way
- Enthusiastic and passionate about client interaction and new opportunities
- Proven experience in prioritising work and working well under pressure
- Focused and able to follow through on commitments
- Someone who loves technology and feels at home working with computers and systems
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, growth environment
- Someone who is inquisitive and wants to understand why things work the way they work and what drives customer outcomes
