**Client Success Executive**

**Immediate start**

**Monday - Friday 09:30 - 18:00 / 08:30 - 17:00 (On a rotational basis)**

**Payrate £10.23phr**

Join a global leading ecommerce fulfilment company who work with some of the world’s leading technology brands

**Role Responsibilities**:
- Manage inbound deliveries in a timely manner and ensure the client inbound log is up to date and maintained- Respond to escalations raised by the clients and manage order exceptions (i.e., back orders/address issues)- Support the team on daily reporting and administration tasks- Resolve problems and customer queries in a timely manner- Maintain a close relationship with both the clients and other partners- Ensure deadlines are met and all records/documents are kept updated- Support projects and new initiatives which are developed within the team**What you will bring**:

- Previous customer service experience essential- Administration background in logistics or fulfilment desirable- confident using MS Office Excel/Word and PowerPoint- The ability to solve problems- Driven, reliable, individual who’s able to adapt to change- Flexible to extend hours on occasions when required
