A well established financial organisation with offices throughout the world is seeking an HR Assistant to join their busy HR team.

This varied and interesting role will involve but not be limited to recruitment, preparing job descriptions writing adverts, liaising with recruitment agencies and preparing offer paperwork, managing the on-boarding process for new starters including conducting Company inductions, family friendly processes and leaver process including conducting exit interviews.

In addition the role will involve providing support on employee relation matters including investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings. The role will also entail being responsible for the HR system; amending and updating records, approving requests, running queries and monitoring the task list. It will also involve preparing management reports and being involved in projects.

This represents an excting opportunity to get involved in a variety of projects and develop skills and experience within HR.

The right person for the role should be degree educated, have a minimum of a year's experience within HR, have experience within a corporate environment and ideally have or be studying towards a Level 3 CIPD qualification.
