HR Administrator Opportunity at FM Conway Ltd

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at FM Conway Ltd. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of our employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and managing employment documentation, including offers and changes to employment terms
  • Coordinating employment references and onboarding processes for new starters
  • Providing administrative support for employee lifecycle events, including probation, exit interviews, and annual leave
  • Assisting with HR processes, such as salary reviews, bonus administration, and healthcare renewals
  • Producing reports and analytics to support business decisions
