Patient Co-ordinator

The Patient Care Coordinator will undertake reception duties as part of the role, supporting the administrative team in delivering a polite and professional service, ensuring high standards of data recording and fulfilling all administrative tasks to ensure that the Practice is operating as an effective organization.
The applicants would be expected to have excellent communication skills and an understanding of the importance of good customer care. Ideally, you will have proven reception/administration experience in a medical environment. Our receptionist is the first point of contact with our patients, therefore the ideal person should be friendly and well presented.
In order to be considered, you need to complete both assessments and upload your CV.
Important to already have a right to work visa and DBS will be required.
Applicants who do not complete the assessments will be rejected.

N3 1TR, Finchley
**Schedule**:
- Both part-time and full-time will be considered
- No weekends
- Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
**Salary**:
£20,000 - £25,000 yearly
In addition to basic salary we offer performance bonuses.
**Duties will include**:
- Providing information about the procedures and treatments
- Booking appointments and managing patient’s treatment journey
- Inputing new patient’s details, updating records and entering data into our system
- Generating invoices, medical letters, and other documents as required
- Creating patients files and uploading handwritten notes on the system
- Greeting patients and directing them to a waiting area
- Cooperating with other team members
- Taking payments and processing refunds
- Performing other administrative duties as required
**What you will bring**:
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Good IT skills - efficient use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone manner
- Great customer service
- Previous administrative/ reception experience (preffered)
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
