Here at **CT Fire Protection Ltd**, we’re seeking a **Service/Operations Coordinator **to join our team based in **Burton Latimer, Kettering**.We specialise in installing, servicing, and maintaining fire extinguishing systems to a myriad of nationally based clients, big and small, and with our dedicated staff have built a company we are all proud of.

**What we offer**:
**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Organise remote engineers and subcontracted engineers with their ‘workload’ including service scheduling
- Update service plans and schedules and produce annual renewal quotes to customers
- Coordinate project works including materials/labour and other services
- Verify ‘job sheets’ and quotes, and ensure documentation control processes are followed

**Experience required for the role**:

- Ideally, you’ll have experience of working within the fire prevention sector but not essential
- Strong organisational bias along with a high IT competency (Microsoft packages) including Excel
- A can do, team orientated attitude along with a high degree of administration experience
- Is able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
