**Job Description**:
Performance is a key focus within our elevation strategy and includes Running and Training as the two main categories. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic team player to help drive forward the new brand direction and ways of working. You will act as the key point of contact for Performance marketing
- briefing, executing and communicating on all campaign/product launches with both internal and external stakeholders.
**The main function of this role includes**:

- To work with the senior marketing manager in assisting all of the marketing strategies and activities for running and training each season, driving brand and commercial growth.
- Coordinate the planning of our 360 marketing campaigns from ideation to building integrated launch plan with corresponding budgets, KPI's and deadlines.
- Work closely on campaign briefs for internal and external agencies and manage the delivery.
- Create campaign launch presentations to communicate, align and brief relevant stakeholders on upcoming launches.
- Collaborate and work closely with our internal teams, including
- Coordinate and update the Sports Direct Performance marketing calendar.
- Build outstanding relationships with the Performance marketing counterpart in each of our key brands as well as their wider team.
- Understanding brand partner budgets, opportunities and commercial needs and how we can take support and partner on.
- Delivering on the Sports Direct brand ensuring that all brand partners are fully bought into our seasonal calendar and marketing strategies/activities.
- Be connected in the world of running, training and fitness, scoping out ‘Performance’ talent, brand talent, clubs, events, athletes etc. that can translate within our marketing plans.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience of working for a sport, fitness, fashion brand or a multi-retailer
- Minimum 2 years marketing experience
