They are looking for 3x Outpatient Call Handlers to work in their Southmead office. This is a full time, 100% office based role. Main duties of the role include:

- Confidently deal with telephone queries
- Assistance team with administrative tasks
- Answer appointment queries where appropriate
- Receive an accurately pass on information to other teams where relevant
- Maintain accurate record logs
- Book and generate appointments
- Effectively manage inbox

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability to organise and prioritise administrative tasks
- Experience working in an administrative or customer service role
- Ability to act calmly and professionally under pressure
