**First Line Service Desk Engineer - London - £25-£30,000 - office based**

Our client is a luxury retail brand based in central London, who are seeking an experienced support analyst with solid experience in Windows and Office 365 to join their team. This is an office based role with occasional on-call at weekends (remote). Asa Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for providing end user 1st and 2nd level support, both in-person and remotely within a fast-paced business. The role covers a wide range of across Head Office, Remote Offices, Warehouses and Retail Stores.
**Responsibilities of the role will include**:
Ownership Support Tickets (ITIL standards; Incident, Problem & Change) within SLA

Provision of Technical Support and Solutions

Ownership, creation and updating of Service Documentation

Build, deployment and management of Operating Systems and Software Packages

User Management, Hardware Procurement and Installation and Office/Desk moves

**You will have the following skills and experience**:

- Window OS, Windows Server, macOS, O365 Administration, Azure, Active Directory, Enterprise AV, Teams, Cyber Security, Encryption
- Networking
- Mobile Device Management
- Ability to communicate clearly and display strong listening skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced IT Support environment ideally within the Retail sector
- Resilience, focused and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Server/Networking/Security, Avaya IP Office Telephone System and Retail POS systems desirable
