Receptionist/office Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic receptionist and office administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Horsforth.
Stonebridge Homes is a Leeds-based housebuilder, operating throughout Yorkshire and the North East, with a well deserved reputation for building quality, high specification homes in sought after locations. We have a wealth of experience in the housebuilding industry ad a proven track record in delivering successful housing schemes.

This is a part-time role Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm and the primary focus oft he role is to provide high quality front of house reception and hold responsibility for the building facility management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure the reception is professionally manned and an excellent standard of service is offered to all customers
- Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner best representing our business values
- Order and distribute stationery for Head Office and all development sites
- Ensure the offices, reception, meeting rooms and kitchens are kept stocked up and the areas are maintained and presented to high standards at all times
- Ensure that contracts are in place for all office suppliers and contractors, that they are renewed and managed to the terms of the contracts and that the expected standards are being met
- Work closely with the HSE team to ensure that all health and safety requirements for the building are being adhered to
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the wider business
**Experience & Qualifications**
- Experience in a similar role
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Ability to manage own workload and multi-task
- Flexible and versatile
