You will be an advocate for inclusion and the Inclusion Team providing advice and guidance to colleagues across Edge Hill University. The Inclusion Team has a broad reach, and you will get the chance to work and liaise with a variety of different teams. No two days are ever the same. There are opportunities to enhance your expertise regarding inclusion in Higher Education as this is an ever-changing landscape, developing your ability to be anticipatory and proactive in the pursuit of an excellent student experience.

**About You**

As Inclusion Support Advisor, you will:

- Be able to communicate, liaise and collaborate with various stake holders.
- Design and deliver high quality academic support to students.
- Contribute to and lead on specific project planning to inform the future development of the support available within the wider context of Student Services.
- Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work and enjoy working as part of a team.

**Salary**: £29,762.00-£32,411.00 per year
