In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Your Role and Responsibilities

The role will involve:

- Taking a lead on scoping, planning, conducting, and analysing the research by creating research plans, protocols and activities using qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-method approaches.
- Analyse and synthesise research findings to translate insights into user needs and opportunities, communicating compelling user insights to the product owner team and wider stakeholders.
- Contribute research findings to enable evidence-based product and design decisions and champion the user to ensure that the product delivers.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Must have: Experience of planning, designing, and carrying out user-centric research activities with customers, stakeholders and third parties.
- Techniques may include ethnographic research, generative research, quantitative research, workshops, third-party research, surveys, focus groups, social listening, prototyping, usability and accessibility testing.
- Interprets and analyzes research data, mining it for relevant information.
- Toolkit such as Mural, Adobe products, Figma, Sketch, Miro or Trello.
