**Implementation Consultant - Payroll (12-month maternity cover)**

Ciphr has an interesting opportunity for an Implementation Consultant. You will be joining an organisation where you will work with a team that is goal driven and people focused.

Your role will be providing customers with expert guidance and support to implement and configure Ciphr products to meet their individual requirements. You’ll deliver high levels of service to ensure a successful implementation and long-lasting relationship whilst adhering to project and implementation governance.

**Location**:
The role is remote within the UK but will require occasional travel for meetings and customer visits.

**Contract**:
This role is a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave.

**See below the daily tasks of an Implementation Consultant**:

- Consult and advise on system configuration and best use of Ciphr products and processes to ensure system optimisation.
- Produce implementation specification and reports.
- Collaboratively work and support internal teams to ensure implementations are delivered on time and on budget.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practice

**We would like you to have the following skills**:

- Software implementation experience
- Payroll experience
- Evidence of ability to work across multiple projects, with high levels of complexity, based a range of customer requirements
- Time management
- Able to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- A proactive work ethic and can do attitude
- An aspiration to deliver an excellent customer experience
